Shipping Method

Choose a Shipping Method

You can choose the shipping method as you want There are three main shipping methods to choose from:

UPS Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

EMS Speed Post Shipping
SpeedPost is provided by the very reliable Hong Kong Post Office.
It normally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 1 weeks.

Standard Air Mail

If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail it will automatically appear as an option when you checkout. Delivery times are between10-15 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.

Some products carry the Bulk Sale Free Shipping cost. This means that shipping is free or discounted when a certain number of items are ordered. More details can be found on individual product information pages.FOR bulk order : Free Standard Shipping on Orders over USD$100.(NOT available for Christian Bags,Cups and Jewelry clock)

Since it is very last minute we can't guarantee it will arrive before Christmas but we ship orders out within 1 day of payment, so if you select UPS, or Speedpost it still has a good chance!!

Shipping Weight Limits

Major express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL), air freight, and ocean freight do not have a maximum gross shipping weight per shipment. Post office express (EMS) is limited to 20kg gross shipping weight per shipment. Orders over 20kg and shipped using EMS may be split into multiple EMS packages. Regular Air Mail is limited to 2kg gross shipping weight per shipment.

Shipping Policy

We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Please make sure the shipping address you input during checkout is correct, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong directly.

Air Mail shipping is offered.But we are not responsible for uninsured items lost in transit.

Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under full refund.

Due to Custom restrictions, we do not ship MP3/4 players to Germany

Replace
--Products with quality problem in 7 days(from the date products were received)can be returned and replaced.
--Customer need to send the products back to us (postage fee pay by customer),When we receive the products,We will replace new ones and ship back to customer (postage fee pay by us).

If the products are tested to be non-defective, they are not eligible for any refund. Such items will be returned to you and you need to pay for the return postage.

ANY items damaged during transit are not eligible for a refund.
